Celebrity Smile Makeovers Part 2

Celebrities often find it necessary to improve their appearance in order to advance their career. Smile enhancements can include  whitening, veneers, crowns, bridges, braces and even complete smile makeovers in some cases, Since Crystal Lake Dental Associates is dedicated to helping people improve their smiles as well as their oral health, it is fitting that we point out the dramatic improvement celebrities have achieved with their own smile enhancements.  Crystal Lake Dental associates did not provide any of the treatment for these celebrities, however we do provide a level of care on par with the examples shown.

He has appeared in over 120 films not including regular appearances on Gunsmoke, Walker, Texas Ranger, Law & Order, and Entourage. He received an Oscar nomination for Best Actor in 1978 for his role in The Buddy Holly Story. His high lip line makes his dental problem more noticeable. He has however undergone quite an improvement in his smile as seen in the lower photos.

Hillary Duff
Hilary Erhard Duff (born September 28, 1987) is an American actress and singer. After working in local theater plays and television commercials in her childhood, Duff gained fame for playing the title role in the Disney Channel television series Lizzie McGuire. She subsequently ventured into motion pictures and has many successful films to her credit including The Lizzie McGuire Movie, Cheaper by the Dozen, A Cinderella Story and Cheaper by the Dozen 2.During her transition from Disney star to Hollywood actress, Hilary made a few visits to the dentist. Hilary's first trip was reportedly due to her weak teeth. "My teeth aren't the strongest, and I kept chipping them on the microphone," Duff said in 2005. "One show, I literally spit half of my two front teeth out." However, over-sized, blinding white chompers didn't fit the delicate features on her face. Hilary has since fixed her Chiclet teeth for a more natural looking smile.

Katherine Heigl

Katherine Marie Heigl  (born November 24, 1978) is an American actress and producer. She is known for her role as Dr. Izzie Stevens on ABC's Grey's Anatomy and her starring role in the movies Knocked Up, 27 Dresses, and The Ugly Truth.  She has admitted to wearing Invisalign clear braces in the months leading up to her 2007 wedding to singer Josh Kelley. And she even maintains her perfect smile with a retainer!

Urban was born in New Zealand and began his career in Brisbane having moved to Caboolture, Australia at an early age. Keith appears to have had his teeth whitened a few shades lighter, as well as had gotten veneers to fix the spacing between his teeth.

She released her platinum selling debut album The Way It Is in June 2005, and her sophomore platinum album Just Like You in September 2007. He has won three Golden Globes and two Academy Awards; first as producer of 1975's Best Picture, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, and as Best Actor in 1987 for his role in Wall Street. Now, the veteran actor is showing off a camera-worthy smile that is brighter and symmetrical.
